About the FirstNet Eligibility course
Determining eligibility is the first step to close a FirstNet sale. The FirstNet Eligibility course was designed to help sellers ensure Eligibility and make it more likely that a submission went through the first time. These interactions and video created the foundation sellers needed to understand eligibility. Tools: Articulate 360/Storyline; Vyond.
Five Questions
Ensuring compliance and a clean submission starts with five questions. This interaction gave sellers five questions to help them determine eligibility. The answer to each question and examples guided their next steps.
Instructor Led
Design and develop materials for in-person or virtual courses. I follow the ADDIE process including conducting needs analysis, high-level design plans, detailed outlines, develop mobile friendly learner and facilitator materials, and evaluate effectiveness.
Web/Graphic Design
Visual, UX, and interactions to support on demand learning. This portfolio is an example of my design work. It was built using WordPress with Elementor and custom CSS. Responsive design enables it to work on all screen sizes.
Video
Scripting, storyboarding, editing and animating bite-sized learning videos. I’ve created and collaborated on numerous videos including live action and motion graphics. My experience includes scripting, storyboarding, editing, and creating videos in several tools including Vyond, Camtasia, and publishing to Kaltura. Additionally, I’ve worked with open and closed captioning.
